Welcome to FixTracker. By downloading, installing, or using this mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License and Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or professional handyman utility purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the measurements, specifications, and URLs you record in the App.
• FixTracker is a logging and reference utility tool. We are not liable for any structural failures, incorrect material cuts, physical damages, or financial losses resulting from incorrect data inputted into or read from the App. Always double-check your physical tape measure before making structural cuts or purchases.

The App’s design, code, branding, and original features are the exclusive property of FixTracker and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
